"The Ethics of Astrologers" are the principle which should be
regarded by not only astrologers but also all fortunetellers.
(Typically, an astrologer interprets celestial points and their placements at the time of events such as person's birth.
Unlike an astrologer, a foretuneteller predicts the future using
many methods namely Tarot cards, Feng Shui, etc.)
The Ethics of Astrologers

The Etiquettes of Astrologers

1. Every astrologer should strictly keep the clients' informations as secrets.
2. Do not directly use the harsh phrase to prophesy, for example, about death. If possible, tell their friends or family instead.
3. Do not blame or humiliate the clients, especially, in public.
4. Always suggest the way to resolve their problem. Do not remove one's bad luck with a ceremony to earn money.
5. Do not oppress or insult the neophytes.
6. Insulting other's instructors is equivalent to insulting yours.
7. Be modest and courteous. Do not brag about yourself; however, always praise other astrologers' merits.
8. Be always trustworthy, honest, unbiased, calm, and consistent.
9. Always consider all clients special. Therefore, pay attention to them with mercy.
10. Keep the body and the mind clean and tidy.

18. Do not prophesy for the public such as politics, etc.
19. Do not encourage the client to be illegitimate namely corruption, trafficking. Do not provide the false auspicious time.
20. If the client is very miserable, try to soothe them with mild and benign prophesy although it is slightly adapted.
21. It is very bad to deliberately overstate or prophesy the misfortune to those who are fortunate in order to earn money.
22. No teacher wants to teach the pedant. Thus, be modest.
